AYANA Hospitality Terms of Service Welcome to AYANA Hospitality! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AYANA Hospitality mobile application or service that utilizes Google Sign-In (the "App"). By submitting User Content, you grant AYANA Hospitality a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and translate your User Content in connection with the App and our services. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting it. 3. Disclaimers THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AYANA HOSPITALITY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AYANA HOSPITALITY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. 4. Limitation of Liability AYANA HOSPITALITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF AYANA HOSPITALITY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. 5. Term and Termination These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for any reason, at any time, without notice. 6.
